In most instances, transfer credits will be accepted from colleges and universities that are accredited or hold candidacy status with the Higher Learning Commission, Middle States Commission on Higher Education, New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges or other institutions as specifically approved by the President or President’s designee.
All transfer credit will be equated to the semester hour system. All credits earned with a D grade or higher will be articulated and calculated in students’ cumulative grade point average (GPA), as defined in the Grading System Policy 314.04. Quality points and grade points will be transferred from other colleges and universities and will be averaged into the cumulative GPA.
