Robyn McCracken BSRT, RRT, NPS

With over 14 years of dedicated experience as a registered respiratory therapist, Robyn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. A proud graduate of the University of Kansas, she earned her degree in Respiratory Therapy in 2010. Throughout her career, Robyn has gained extensive experience in diverse hospital settings, honing her skills in patient assessment, critical care, and advanced respiratory techniques, with a specialization in neonatal and pediatric care. This specialization has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and considerations involved in caring for the youngest and most vulnerable patients.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities at Johnson County Community College, Robyn continues to work in the hospital environment to stay current with the latest advancements and trends in the field. This hands-on experience allows her to bring real-world insights into the classroom, ensuring that students receive a relevant and practical education that prepares them for the challenges of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Robyn is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment, where students are encouraged to think critically and apply their knowledge to clinical scenarios.
